7月期クリシン最終回

7月期のクリシンも気がつけば第6回。つまり最終回である。

受講生の皆さんにとっても、長いようであっという間の3ヶ月間であったと思うが、講師である私にとっても同様であった。

今日のクラスの最後に以下のようなことをお伝えした。

「クリシンで学んだことは論理的なコミュニケーションや問題解決のスキルである。まだまだ、経営という分野で学ぶ範囲は広い。さらなる自己研鑽を図るためにグロービスをうまく使ってほしい。
また、クリシンで学んだようなスキルを得て満足しないでほしい。そのスキルを用い、熱いハートを持って実践してほしい。実践こそに意味があるのだから。」と。

その後の懇親会では大いに盛り上がり、最後まで残ったメンバーは2時近くまで飲むことになった。

帰られる人、一人ひとりの方と握手をして別れた。その握手で私の思いが少しでも伝わればと思いながら。
