今日は日曜であったが、午前中に一仕事を行い、あるセミナーに参加するために移動した。
そのセミナーは阪本啓一さんが主催されるセミナーである。テーマは企画力。本セミナーは、阪本さんがまとめられた「企画心」という本のエッセンスを学ぶ場となっている。
企画のHow toについて学ぶというよりは、企画をする上での心構えをまとめている本であり、このセミナーもその”こころ”の部分にフォーカスを当てた内容である。
その中で2点印象的だったことを共有したい。ひとつは「保証を求めてはならない」ということである。企画とは未来を企画するもの。未来を提案するもの。そして、未来は誰にもわからない。だからこそ、自分なりに突き詰めて考えて保証を求めずに提案すべきなのだ。もちろん、リスクを見積もることは重要である。ただし、100%の保証を求めてもそれは無理なのだということである。
そして、もうひとつはセミナーの中身ではなく、1通のメールである。セミナー後の阪本さんからのメールには私に対する個別の丁寧なフィードバックと井上さんへのお勧めの参考書が書かれていた。阪本さんの心意気を感じた。
