笹井氏コーリン社長就任

以前、企業再生をテーマにしたグロービス経営セミナーにパネラーとしてお越しいただいた笹井さんがコーリンメディカルテクノロジーの社長に就任された。（企業再生セミナーについてはこちら）

民事再生に陥った同社に経営企画部長として、再生の現場に入られた。そして、カーライルからオムロンへ売却され、見事コーリンは再生ステージを抜け、いよいよ成長ステージに入った。（当時の記事はこちら）

そのニュースから3ヶ月。笹井さんが社長に就任されるというニュースを今朝見て驚いた。（記事はこちら）

しかし、はじめは驚いたのであるが、考えてみるとこうなることは時間の問題だったのだろう。

再生の現場で中心におられたのは笹井さんである。その笹井さんがオムロン傘下で成長の舵取りを担う。オムロンでは最年少の社長になるそうであるが、笹井さんの高い能力、密度の濃いご経験、そして、人間としての器を持ってすればコーリンの成長を率いていくのは間違いないだろう。

ご活躍を祈念している。
